Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of general insurance policies, including quotations, issuance of policies, endorsements, and renewals.
• Track and follow up on renewals to ensure timely completion and maintain high client retention rates.
• Review policy terms and conditions to ensure adequate coverage and adherence to company and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with clients to confirm renewal instructions, update changes in risk, and process renewals efficiently.
• Assist the sales team in promoting non-motor insurance products to clients.
• Prepare regular reports on policy performance and client portfolios.
