Key Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate crew changes across all vessels.
• Ensure all travelling crew are vetted, medically fit, and properly documented.
• Prepare and submit crew CV packages and other required documents.
• Arrange travel bookings, LOIs, visas, and training as needed.
• Coordinate with clients, agents, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate seafarer documentation and crew records.

Requirements

• Prior experience in Crewing for the marine industry, Oil and Gas preferred.
• Previous experience working for major charterers in the Middle East and/or West Africa.
• Solid years of crewing experience with sound knowledge of MLC 2006 and STCW requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
