Job Overview

LEGOLAND® Dubai Resort is seeking a Cost Controller to effectively control Food & Beverage costs, supervise inventory counts, and control F&B outlets. The successful candidate will prepare COGS variance analysis and communicate with relevant parties.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily food & Beverage cost reports.
• Monitor & assess menu pricing to ensure alignment with cost margins and profitability.
• Manage & track Inventory levels of food and beverages, minimizing spoilage and wastage.
• Participate & supervise regular physical inventory counts and reconcile against system data.
• Conduct surprise spot checks at all F&B outlets and Warehouse.
• Calculate and update food and beverage recipe costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business, or related field is required.
• At least 3 years’ work experience in the finance division of a company.
• Experience with Adaco (Inventory Management), Symphony, Oracle Fusion, and Opera preferred.
• Knowledge of Advance Excel is preferred.
• Strong integrity and business ethics.
