Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure high satisfaction.

- Support the client onboarding process and ongoing account management activities.
- Prepare reports on client interactions, service issues, and resolution status.

Requirements
- Diploma or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in client services, account coordination, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
