You'll produce content for: Scaling With Soltane D50.AI Division50 Ads + UGC + Shorts + TikToks This is not a passive videographer role. You are the engine pushing us into the algorithm, every single day.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify daily viral trends across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts.
- Adapt trends for our niche (AI, marketing, entrepreneurship).
- Film daily content: talking-head, UGC, behind-the-scenes, lifestyle.
- Edit short-form videos optimized for virality.
- Upload and schedule content across platforms.
- Track content performance in a simple dashboard.
Requirements
- Obsessed with TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts.
- Solid filming and editing skills (mobile + camera).
- Deep understanding of viral content psychology.
- Ability to spot trends early and adapt them fast.
- Very strong English communication.
- Confidence to direct the founder during filming.
