Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management for patients with a wide range of rheumatological conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, assessments, and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in rheumatology and contribute to medical research and education.
• Ensure strict adherence to JCI (Joint Commission International) standards and best practices for patient safety and quality of care.
• Mentor junior medical staff and participate in continuous professional development activities.

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MD/MBBS) followed by a specialization in Rheumatology (e.g., CCT, American Board, or equivalent recognized qualification).
• Doctorate / PhD in a relevant medical field is highly preferred for this expert role.
• Extensive experience as a Consultant Rheumatologist, preferably in a JCI-accredited or similarly high-standard hospital environment.
• Valid medical license to practice in home country and eligibility for licensure in the UAE.
• Strong clinical acumen, diagnostic skills, and proficiency in various rheumatological procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to the United Arab Emirates.
