Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and management for critically ill patients.
• Lead and coordinate critical care teams, including residents and nurses.
• Conduct complex medical procedures and interventions.
• Participate in on-call rotations and emergency responses.
• Contribute to clinical research, medical education, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to international best practices and patient safety standards.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD/MBBS) with specialization in Critical Care Medicine.
• Board certification or equivalent qualification in Critical Care.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of post-specialization experience as a Critical Care Consultant.
• Valid medical license to practice in Abu Dhabi, UAE (or eligibility for licensure).
• Exceptional clinical skills and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
