Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all phases of infrastructure and road construction projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, budget, and schedule.
- Develop and implement project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience (minimum 8 years) as a Construction Manager with a strong focus on infrastructure and road projects in the UAE.
- Excellent knowledge of construction management principles, practices, and local regulations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and relevant construction tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
