Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for direct customer email inquiries, providing product information and handling follow-ups.
• Communicate with the factory and customer for direct/project orders, providing updates on technical submittals, project timelines, and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., ISS, operations, customer service, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of sales activities and product delivery.
• Manage project documentation and track milestones.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project components.

Requirements

• Project support experience from project bid evaluation and specifications.
• Technical Proficiency in analyzers, instrumentation, and laboratory business.
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
