Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a plan to call customers in coordination with the collection team leader.
• Review customer accounts and prioritize calls based on team leader instructions.
• Contact customers through various communication channels, including phone and email.
• Negotiate payment agreements and settlements within established guidelines.
• Update customer information and document call results in the customer interface system.
• Provide feedback to the team leader and collection manager as required.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the banking industry and related products and services.
• Strong collection experience with well-developed verbal and written skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and manage relationships effectively.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in English and Arabic.
