Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in clients, understand their concerns, and explain treatments.
- Convert consultations into paid packages and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with doctors/therapists and manage follow-ups.
- Supervise staff and manage appointment flow.
- Ensure billing accuracy and maintain hygiene standards.
- Track daily revenue and ensure a premium patient experience.
Requirements
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and appointment scheduling.
- Experience in receptionist duties and knowledge of medical terminology.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Previous experience in an aesthetic or derma department is a must.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
