Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documents and identify project requirements.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, rate analysis, and quantity take-offs for civil works.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Prepare technical and commercial bid submissions.
• Draft, review, and finalize contractual agreements.
• Support project teams in claims preparation and contract administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in contracts, tendering, or estimation in construction projects (GCC/UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimating software.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
