Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documents and identify project requirements.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and quantity take-offs for civil works.

- Draft, review, and finalize contractual agreements.
- Support project teams in resolving contractual and commercial issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of all contract correspondences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in contracts, tendering, or estimation.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimating software.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
