Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive category strategies for beauty products, aligning with business objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in category management, ideally within the beauty or retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and manage multiple priorities.
