Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the service staff to ensure high standards of service delivery.

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the dining area and service stations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Captain or similar role in a high-end restaurant.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine pairings.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
