Job Overview

Responsible for the sourcing, primary negotiation, processing and ordering of good and services for F&B as required by the end users in accordance with the Procurement operation. Ensure the ordering of goods and services as per our customers’ requirements is in accordance with all relevant policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate recording of purchasing information.
• Monitor and document the sourcing, negotiating of price and availability of product.
• Maintain productive and proactive business relations with suppliers.
• Manage inventory levels to supply operational needs.

Requirements

• Secondary school diploma or above.
• Minimum of 2 years’ related experience in a luxury hotel & resorts of food & beverages procurement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong integrity and well-organised.
• Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment.
