Key Responsibilities

Source and select new products and suppliers in line with company standards and market trends.
Negotiate favorable pricing, terms, and conditions with vendors to achieve cost savings.
Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and supplier partnerships.
Maintain strong relationships with both existing and new suppliers.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar procurement role, preferably in retail or a related industry.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
