Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and segment customer data to identify trends.
- Conduct predictive analysis to contribute to lead generation.
- Assist in designing and analyzing customer lifecycle management (CLM) campaigns.
- Monitor the sales funnel process and identify gaps for improvement.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports/dashboards on sales performance.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing functions to align strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting within a CRM department.
- Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement, and retention methodologies.
- Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent IT skills including CRM, Power BI, Tableau, MS Office, and web-based technologies.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
