Key Responsibilities

Analyze business needs, processes, and workflows to define clear and actionable requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and optimize solutions within Microservice Architecture frameworks.
Work closely with stakeholders to assess business impacts, risks, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of agentic AI systems such as UiPath.
Support the design and implementation of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications and LLM-based solutions.
Ensure seamless communication between business and technical teams through well-structured documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with strong English education; Fluent English is mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience in complex, large-scale projects.
At least 2 months of international living experience; ability to adapt to multicultural environments.
Hands-on experience with agentic AI systems (e.g., UiPath).
Knowledge of RAG applications, LLMs, and modern AI-driven solutions.
Proven expertise in analyzing and supporting projects built on Microservice Architecture.
