Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Building Technician or similar role, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance procedures and systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work flexible hours.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant technical certification or diploma is preferred.
