We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Bell Attendant, who ensures a positive first and last impression of the hotel through excellent customer service. Timely delivery of guests’ luggage, messages and any other items for delivery within the property Personalize guests’ orientation of their room in a professional, friendly and engaging way Maintain presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to the guestsRespond promptly to guest requests and inquiriesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areasCoordinate with front desk and concierge teams to ensure smooth guest serviceAssist with transportation arrangements when requiredEnsure guest safety and handle belongings with care

Requirements

• Previous experience in same role in 4* or 5* property is an advantage.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation.
• Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team.
• Service focused personality is essential.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
