Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations with a friendly attitude.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including glassware and equipment.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Monitor inventory and reorder supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a busy environment.
- Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary drink recipes and mixology techniques.
- Exceptional customer service and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive, proactive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
