Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, and lattes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and handling payments efficiently.
• Educate customers on menu items and make recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Barista is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for coffee.
