Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle status, delays, and additional services.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Promote additional services and products, contributing to dealership revenue targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automobile Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical customers.
• Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic and service scheduling software.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
