Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all stewarding operations for catering and banquet events.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Supervise, train, and develop the stewarding team.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, china, glass, and silverware.
• Collaborate with culinary and banquet teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Implement cost control measures and optimize departmental efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in stewarding management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, sanitation standards, and kitchen safety.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
