Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within front services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within front services, bell desk, or valet operations in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on service excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fluent in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding luxury resort environment.
• A valid UAE driving license is required for valet operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
