Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and scheduling of the transportation shuttle service.
• Ensure the timely, safe, and comfortable transport of guests and staff.
• Manage, train, and motivate a team of drivers and transportation personnel.
• Maintain all vehicles in excellent condition and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve transportation-related issues promptly.
• Monitor service quality and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in transportation management or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license and thorough knowledge of local traffic laws.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
