Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed tasks and objectives set by the HOD.
• Screen potential brokers (Individual & Corporate) to promote company's product.
• Ensure assigned Brokers receive the highest level of support (Training, Onboarding, coaching, etc.).
• Design and implement effective Route to Market (RTM) strategies based on Customer Needs and Broker type.
• Educate brokers on utilizing the company Agent portal for closing deals and viewing inventory.
• Develop and negotiate contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.

Requirements

• Proven working experience and track record as a business development executive.
• Experience in Account Management support.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks / projects simultaneously.
• Market knowledge and communication & interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Rapport building Skill and Time management skills.
