Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and implementation of comprehensive learning and development programs.
• Coordinate and facilitate various training sessions, workshops, and induction programs.
• Develop and update engaging training materials, presentations, and e-learning content.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives, reporting on key metrics.
• Collaborate with HR and department managers to identify specific training needs and gaps.
• Manage the L&D administrative processes, including record-keeping and scheduling.

Requirements

• A Diploma or Higher Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a Learning & Development or HR role, preferably 2-3 years.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in using HRIS and e-learning platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
