Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and implementing policies and processes related to the full employee lifecycle.
Provide support in employee compensation and benefit programs in coordination with relevant teams.
Coordinate with Business and Total Rewards to assist in job analysis, job descriptions, evaluations, and grading.
Responsible for timely implementation of the performance management process and provide guidance to employees.
Assist in developing and implementing a full orientation program and conduct it for new employees.
Develop and support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally within the UAE market.
Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law, regulatory requirements, and related HR compliance practices.
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central, Performance Management, or LMS).
