Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining a club atmosphere that enhances the club’s image.
• Focus on the scheduling, planning, and delivery of corporate and club golf tournaments.
• Oversee prize presentations, press releases, results posting, and event setup.
• Supervise and manage interns, including onboarding, objective setting, and mentorship.
• Develop an understanding of membership classifications, fees, programs, and guidelines.
• Monitor daily tee sheets to ensure maximum utilization and fairness in bookings.

Requirements

• A degree in Hospitality Management, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in golf operations, event management, or customer service roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on member satisfaction.
• Knowledge of golf operations, including tee time management and event planning.
• Familiarity with golf management software (e.g., Golf Genius, Golf Operations).
