Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Sports Bar, ensuring smooth service delivery.

• Monitor inventory, control costs, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Develop and implement promotional activities and events to attract and retain guests.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in a managerial role within a busy food & beverage outlet, preferably a sports bar.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of beverages, inventory management, and cost control.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
