Job Overview

Assist the F&B Manager in planning, managing, and controlling the F&B operational activities across all Concourses and Terminals in DXB and DWC. Provide strategic input in meeting F&B business objectives related to sales and revenue targets while minimizing costs and maintaining standards as defined by EKFC.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the company safety management system, HACCP, and hygiene policies.
• Prepare manpower requirements, deploy on-job orientation programs, and manage training requirements.
• Manage staff costs, including overtime and unplanned absences.
• Coordinate with the production department regarding menu changes and food presentation.
• Propose new menus within defined budgets and recommend selling prices.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints about food quality and service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, hotel management, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Experience and understanding of luxury hotel and stand-alone restaurant operations.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene protocols.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
