Key Responsibilities

Assist the Branch Manager in developing and implementing strategies to achieve branch performance targets.

Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the branch's customer base.

Requirements

UAE national, in line with Emiratisation initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in banking or financial services, with previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
In-depth knowledge of UAE banking regulations and practices.
