Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all operational activities within the assigned area in Abu Dhabi.
- Lead, motivate, and develop regional teams to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and service standards effectively.
- Monitor area performance, analyze data, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on operational performance and present them to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Area Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of operational management, business development, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Valid UAE driving license and flexibility to travel within the assigned area.
