Key Responsibilities

• Manage all accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and cash application.
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely invoices to clients.
• Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and initiate collection procedures.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are properly accounted for and posted.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding payment discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare regular AR aging reports and provide insights to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an AR Accountant or in a similar finance role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
