Key Responsibilities

• Meeting Sales Targets/VAS
• Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
• Ensure the team meets the targets on s DCC, E-com and setup charges.
• Build/Achiever/Update Sales Pipeline of prospective accounts/Merchants in target markets.
• Setting goals for the team and developing strategies to meet those goals.
• Training of business development team under his supervision.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in Payment Card Industry (Acquiring)
• Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations & risks
• Good knowledge of service standards
• Knowledge of VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, CUP Products
• Good knowledge of VISA / MasterCard Regulations on Operations & Risk
