Key Responsibilities

• Keep track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, and statements.
• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Maintain historical records and prepare analyses of accounts.
• Pay employees by verifying expense reports and preparing paychecks.
• Pay vendors by scheduling paychecks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit.
• Respond to all vendor inquiries regarding finance and produce monthly reports.

Requirements

• A great understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills is required.
• A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Studies, or Accounting is beneficial.
• Attention to detail and data entry skills are essential.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Punctuality and critical thinking skills.
