Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Reconcile bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and other financial transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven working experience as an Accountant.
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software packages (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally).
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
