Key Responsibilities
- Participate in preparing and maintaining accurate financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable for timely processing.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and internal records.
- Ensure Value Added Tax (VAT) compliance, including preparing and filing returns.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monitor financial performance.
- Support the year-end closing process and prepare for audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
