Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor invoices with proper supporting documents.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing audit schedules and documentation.
• Ensure proper audit trails and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience including audit exposure.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software / ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
