Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Camp Bosses, accommodation staff, drivers, and staff bus operations.
• Manage day-to-day accommodation operations, cleanliness, and space utilization.
• Coordinate housing allocations and maintain accurate occupancy and compliance records.
• Oversee staff transport schedules, driver performance, and transport safety compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs for accommodations and transport assets.
• Act as the primary point of contact for residents and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements

• 5-7 years’ experience in staff accommodation management.
• Experience managing multiple sites across Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Northern Emirates.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Good presentation and reporting skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Fluent in English and Hindi/Urdu (Arabic is an advantage).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for employee welfare and safety.
