Key Responsibilities
- Provide academic leadership across all Dubai campuses.
- Line-manage academic staff, including Senior Teachers.
- Implement and monitor academic quality assurance processes.
- Oversee delivery of a broad academic portfolio.
- Work closely with Admissions and Operations.
- Act as the academic point of contact for local delivery partners.
Requirements
- Extensive teaching experience across a range of levels.
- Significant experience in academic management or coordination.
- Proven experience of lesson observation and staff development.
- Strong understanding of curriculum and assessment implementation.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
