Job Overview

Top Vet Clinic is hiring a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You’ll lead end-to-end marketing-from strategy and campaigns to digital channels and events-while partnering closely with veterinarians to ensure consistent, pet-care-focused branding and communications. This is a hands-on role in a growing veterinary practice that blends modern technology with compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute clinic-wide marketing strategies and integrated campaigns.
  • Oversee digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media) to drive awareness and appointments.
  • Conduct market research and analyze performance to optimize spend and messaging.
  • Plan and coordinate events, promotions, and community outreach.
  • Ensure brand consistency across channels; collaborate with the veterinary team.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven skills in marketing strategy and campaign management.
  • Experience across SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Strong analytical, research, and reporting abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Project management and organizational strengths.
  • Veterinary/healthcare industry experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
